Custom Big Rigs Take Center Stage at the 2025 Great Salt Lake Truck Show

The 2025 Great Salt Lake Truck Show proved one thing loud and clear: trucking pride is far from dead.

Custom big rigs rolled in from all over the United States, each one a reflection of its driver’s personality, work ethic, and time spent on the road. From mirror-finish chrome to flawless paint jobs and hand-built interiors, every truck on display had a story behind it — and most of them are still earning their keep every week.

This wasn’t about trophy trucks that never see pavement. These were real working rigs, built mile by mile between loads, inspections, and late nights in the shop. Owner-operators showed exactly what happens when skill meets pride in the profession.

More than anything, the show was about people. Drivers swapped stories, families walked the grounds, and the usual stress of the road faded into conversations about builds, engines, and long hauls. For a moment, trucking wasn’t about rates or regulations — it was about passion.

In a time when drivers are often overlooked, the Great Salt Lake Truck Show reminded everyone why the industry exists in the first place: the men and women who take pride in their trucks and the road beneath them.
